I will take you step by step in cleaning out all of the toxic things in your home, and giving you an alternative for every.single.item. I provide you with a full list of replacement items, where to buy, etc; then, I give you the option to do it yourself or I will go get items and come back and organize everything for you!

Virtual Reset
I don’t come over - you will provide me all the items you need replacing, I will give you the list of alternative options for you to obtain at your leisure.

Wellness Consults
Not medical advice!! Just a deeper dive after your reset to better understand WHY and start you on your journey of health and healing for your body. We will cover the basics of your diet, gut, hormones etc; and provide supplement recommendations based on any specific needs.

Community Classes
This is for locals - If you wanna come over and cook WITH me. Hang out, mess up my kitchen instead of yours. Maybe learn something and then take it all home. Some might be free, some might have a small entry fee depending on class!
